How Driftwood works
The shape of Driftwood
One service, wherever your guests look.
- Guests see a dashboard — branded in your colors, mobile-first, no login.
- You manage one place — a calm admin portal where you toggle features, write messages, and add staff.
- Devices and displays are optional — same configuration, no extra setup.
What guests can do
- Open the dashboard from a QR code, a short link, or a hotel-provided URL.
- See current tides and the next high / low.
- Read today's weather, beach conditions, and outdoor outlook.
- Glance at the 5-day forecast with a mode-aware best-day pick.
- Get safety advisories — flood, sneaker waves, dust storms, NWS alerts.
- Switch languages — English, Spanish, French — when your property enables additional languages.
- Bookmark to their phone home screen — works offline for already-loaded content.
This list is configurable — you choose which cards your guests see, and turn off whatever doesn’t matter at your property. Try it on the live demo.
What you can do
- Pick a property type — Coastal, Mountain, Urban, Desert. Sensible defaults populate automatically.
- Brand the dashboard from your website URL — we read your site with AI and propose a palette and logo.
- Write welcome messages, warnings, and disclaimers in plain English; on plans that include message translation, auto-translate to Spanish and French.
- Add staff to your portal with per-page permissions.
- Track guest engagement: page views, card opens, time spent.
- Audit every action — who changed what and when.
