The device rotates the same warnings you manage in your portal — submerged hazards, sneaker waves, cold-water advisories, and live NWS alerts — under a header that makes clear they were selected by the host. Each property says exactly what its guests need to hear: “no swimming” on the open ocean, “swimming’s fine” on the bay.

Welcome notes, how-to guides, a local event, today’s special — write it in plain language in your portal and it appears on the device (and the guest dashboard), auto-translated into your guests’ languages on plans that include message translation.
